About Commercial Real Estate Loans

We arrange commercial mortgages nationwide, on every property type, from $1 million up. Lenders compete for your deal. You choose the terms.

Leadership

Two decades. One market.

You are dealing with a firm run by a mortgage broker, not a marketer. Blake has been involved in billions of dollars of capital markets transactions across a two-decade career in commercial real estate finance, spanning small-balance commercial and multifamily debt, agency and government-insured lending, CMBS, and public-market capital formation.

He started the unglamorous way: underwriting and arranging commercial mortgages, one deal at a time. Retail strips, warehouses, self-storage, hotels. Twenty years later that is still the job, with better data and a bigger market.

He founded Janover to make that work repeatable at scale: real lender relationships, real pricing data, and underwriting that starts before a lender ever sees the file. What that buys a borrower is judgment about which lender will actually fund a given property type, and the standing to push back when a term sheet gets worse between application and closing.

The desk

Senior people, institutional backing.

Senior people work your file, not a call center. Brandon Ramineh has originated more than 150 transactions totaling over $500 million since 2018, an agency specialist with deep Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac execution who also structures across CMBS, banks, credit unions, life companies, HUD, and bridge capital. Brad Beattie has closed more than half a billion dollars of debt in thirteen years across construction, acquisition, and refinance mandates, and built his early career at Meridian Capital Group. Vassu Anand underwrites in house, so the file a lender receives has already been stress-tested here.

Behind them sits a lender network reaching more than 10% of U.S. banks, plus credit unions, agencies, life companies, and debt funds. A $1 million loan gets the same desk as a $50 million one. Full profiles on the leadership page.

About Janover

One firm, many desks.

Commercial Real Estate Loans is a Janover Capital LLC property. The platform has processed more than $200 billion in financing requests, and Janover Pro, the lender-intelligence tool this desk works from, tracks over 7,000 originators. That is how a request reaches lenders who actually fund your property type, rather than the three banks you happen to bank with.

A $1,000,000 bank refinance in Daytona Beach closed with Multifamily Loans on the file. So did the $2.2 million hotel conversion in Overland Park. Different sites, same desk, one set of lender relationships. Apartment and multifamily requests move to Apartment Loans and Multifamily Loans. Conduit executions go to CMBS Loans. Government-insured deals go to HUD Loans. Brokers who want the lender data directly can use Janover Pro. Same underwriters, same lender network, one intake.

Contact

Reach the desk.

Call the desk at (561) 556-7778 or email desk@janover.co. Either one reaches someone who can talk about the deal itself, not a queue.

Bring the basics if you have them: property type and address, purchase price or current basis, the trailing twelve months of operating numbers, and what you need the loan to do. That is enough for a first read on leverage, pricing, and which lenders fit. Current pricing is on the rates page.

If you would rather start in writing, use the financing request. One application reaches the lenders that fit your deal. Free, confidential, no obligation. If the deal does not fit this desk, we will tell you that too. If we don't close, we don't get paid.
