Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly experienced (at least 4 years) analyst with experience underwriting and modeling for stabilized, value-add, and ground-up opportunities with extensive experience in analyzing Fannie Mae®, Freddie Mac®, FHA, bank, life company, mezzanine, structured finance and preferred equity debt for multifamily and commercial properties. Must be a detail oriented self-starter with a deep knowledge of Excel and experience underwriting rent rolls, historical operating data, appraisals, and PCAs. Applicant should have a demonstrated experience creating Offering Memorandums/Deal Books for debt procurement.

Capital Markets Advisor
We are seeking an experienced commercial and multifamily loan originator to cultivate and grow our existing network of clients throughout the country with a focus on construction financing, structured finance and middle-market capital markets transactions. The applicant most have a proven track record of execution with experience analyzing complicated transactions with multi-tiered capital stacks. This person is expected to have highly evolved communication skills, as borrower and lender facing interaction is as important as the ability to deeply understand opportunities on a transactional basis.
